Coter bar le midi, pas de TV d allumer a mon arriver j ai du demander. Le service est super la serveuse ecoute & parles français. Le club burger etait des plus triste a manger. Une seule tranche de bacon plier en 2, aucun efforts pour plaire avec un prix de fou.View more
Ok. St Hubert BBQ is as good as always. But not the best. The service was not with a smile, but it was quick. If you are pressed for time, it is a good place to have lunch. The portion side, especially the chicken, is a lot smaller than it used to be, but with the fries, coleslaw, half a bun, & bbq sauce, it was enough. Lunch specials are available, & prices are competitive. This location was not busy but the meal came quickly.View more
Service is slow. Understaffed, so long waits for anything. Food portions have been diminished while prices have gone up. Fish & chips were soggy/greasy. Fries had no seasoning whatsoever. Overall a huge disappointment of a meal. For 120$ for a family of 4 (without dessert) there are much better options on the west island! Disappointing birthday meal. Been to this restaurants many times for years now & sadly there's been a major decline on every front. Won't be going back anytime soon. Beyond that, lots of free parking. Kids meals are only for 9 & under.View more
It was for a delivery. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The fries were cold & hard. Is there a way to keep them warm? I have had delivery of fries from another restaurant in the same area of St-Hubert & their fries were warm & freshly cooked.View more
Waitress made a mistake with my order however the problem was rectified quickly. Getting a little too expensive to eat there.View more

Steak Angus & légumes excellents. Par contre, sauce en accompagnement tiède sur le dessus mais froide à partir du milieu (?). La serveuse ne semblait pas aller bien du tout, j'espère que ses collègues auront pris soin d'elle. Un peu agaçant de voir & d'entendre le personnel de cuisine & de la réception se promener en jasant entre les tables, ça manquait de sérieux. I was at st Hubert tonight & had a terrible experience. I ordered a breast dinner which I enjoyed. My wife ordered a club sandwich the white meat was frozen she sent it back they microwaved the dinner it came back very soggy. She then was pissed & said just get me chicken fingers which was tasteless. I hope not to go back there on St Charles. What a waste of $ 60.00 I Hope management see this & emails me compensation. I hope you all read this.View more

Le serveur était excellent, souriant sympathique mais comme il était le seul serveur le service a été lent.
Le poulet était sec & les portions diminués pour un prix augmenté. Mauvaise recette pour un restaurant.
Notwithstanding the canned owners responses, which are identical & copy/pasted for every positive or negative review, this is a chain restaurant, so you can only expect so much. My experience is that the chicken ordered at take out is dismally dry & over done, so you have to specifically order, "not overcooked" at the take out area, in order to get something acceptable. If you specify this, it's not too bad really!View more

1. Print on menus far too small
2. Metal chairs too hard on bum
3.The buttons for the Moneris (or whatever you use) payment handheld machine are too stiff to push down. I tried 3 times & was locked out by TD Bank. I recommend obtaining a different model of handheld.
