Nous avons fait une plainte sur place, pour de les aviser qu'il n'y avait pas de glace dans le distributeur. Ils ont offert de payer pour une bouteille. Finalement, on a rien bu, car étant tiède, ce n'était pas buvable. Pourquoi ne pas donner les bouteilles dans ces moments là. On avait payé pour le tout! C'est la moindre des choses.

La salle de bain était très sale & il n'y avait plus de papier pour les mains. Aussi, nous avons dû mettre nos plateaux sur les verres du rack à rangement, car c'était 100% rempli & il n'y avait plus de place.
