Très décevant.
Dimanche dernier, je commande un hot chicken & je précise clairement dans les commentaires EN FRANÇAIS & EN ANGLAIS : SVP AJOUTER MAYO & USTENSILES, en plus de cocher l'option ustensiles. Résultat : ni mayo, ni ustensiles dans la commande.

Je redonne une chance aujourd'hui & je recommande exactement la même chose, avec les mêmes spécifications, cette fois en LETTRES MAJUSCULES. Résultat absurde : on me met environ 20 sachets de mayonnaise & 20 fourchettes, AUCUN couteau, & il manque en plus ma salade de chou.

Il y a clairement un sérieux problème d'attention ou de formation du personnel dernièrement. C'est frustrant de devoir répéter des instructions simples & d'obtenir malgré tout une commande incorrecte.

'Consistent quality & clean location'

St Hubert is always true to their quality. The restaurant is very nice, clean, & well located. Most of the staff are friendly, although it seemed like one waitress might have been having a bad day. I also thought coleslaw salad was unlimited but it's the third location not offering more.

Superbe équipe, toujours prête à nous servir & prête à aider. Elle fut particulièrement efficace le mercredi 1re octobre lors d'une affluence inhabituelle pour un mercredi!

Un St Hubert demeure un St Hubert, un seul point négatif, le changement de poutine au lieu de la frite est une vraie arnaque....moins de frites, quelques morceaux de fromage & la sauce qui est toujours inclus à volonté dans tout les repas, pour 3.75$ de plus, je trouve ça déplorable, la chaîne St Hubert dois réviser son contenant, c'est du vol.

Le personnel est très efficace & professionnel.

Take out took so long ! Also please use gloves to whoever is making the food in the back!! I saw my own meal being made with bare hands & lost my appetite.
