Founded in 1960 by brothers Peppino and Federico Corneli, the restaurant continues to uphold the same authentic recipes passed down through generations. A true family business, it is now proudly run by the new generation — Nicola, Pina, and Alex Corneli, together with Chef Joe Nicodemo. Our homemade pasta, hand-crafted by Nonna Donna, remains the heart and soul of our cuisine. And of course, our pizza baked in an oven imported from Italy delivers that traditional taste we’re famous for.

J'ai organisé un souper d anniversaire avec un groupe de 12 personnes le 19 janvier. Je sais que votre ouverture était récente, mais malheureusement le service a été vraiment décevant. Nous avons tellement attendu pour recevoir nos apéritifs que j ai dû me rendre au bar afin que l'on nous les servent parce qu'ils étaient restés sur le comptoir. La nourriture était délicieuse mais tiède, je pense que notre serveur nous avait oublié puisque après avoir commandé on ne l'a pas revu avant la fin du repas afin de nous offrir le dessert ainsi que des cafés tièdes qui sont eux aussi restés longtemps sur le comptoir avant de nous être servis. Cette soirée sera inoubliable mais pas pour les bonnes raisons, c est le service qui nous a été offert par un serveur sûrement inexpérimenté qui sera mémorable!

Very nice deco from what was before. Service was great Sadly, the food was absolutely disappointing for all of the members that tried the restaurant. Small portions (pizza paper thin, no crust, calamari bowl the size of a small soup, etc) ... Rarely do I go to an italian restaurant like industria, centro, gatomato & feel hungry after, well I did here. We all agreed that all of the items needed salt. The first time my dad ever put salt on his pasta regardless of the restaurant. We were so excited to have a new restaurant in the neighborhood but sadly we won't be coming back
Le restaurant est très beau, le décor est moderne, beaucoup de place assise. Les repas manquaient de goût,fade non assaisonner, bon sans plus. Par contre la pizza étais très bonne. Il y a une musique de fond mais le restaurant est très bruyant. On a attendue notre repas environ 45 minutes. Le service etais impeccable
La nourriture etait relativement bonne, mais il y a place amelioration (certain plats un peu froid & d'autre qui manquait un peu de cuisson), mais bon ca viens d'ouvrir..., Sauf que le service a ete horrible. Le serveur etait pas souvent la & tout melanger dans les commandes...
Food was good : I had oven pizza ! Server was super friendly but the wait time was too long more than 1h30 after we ordered & we were with young kids & came in early … We also asked to lower the music which was too loud (like a lounge club) & server said they asked already & they do not want to… unfortunately I won't come back I came to try as I knew & had tried the Corneli Montreal which was good.
I'm thrilled that Corneli has finally opened in Vimont, Laval! This stunning restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites. Whether you're with family, friends, or celebrating a special occasion, the ambiance is perfect. The food is consistently incredible - from the best pizzas to delicious pastas (the homemade cavatelli is a must!). The meat dishes are outstanding, & the wine selection is excellent. Corneli brings a true taste of Italy to Vimont, & I highly recommend it. A true gem & my personal favorite for years! ❤️
j'ai déjà mangé dans celui de la petite Italie & c'était très bon..donc j'étais très contente de voir l'ouverture aLaval. J'ai pris une pizza pour emporter..malheureusement sans goût très décevant..pas de calmar dans le menu pour emporter..bref.. rien d'extraordinaire à part la beauté du resto
Came during the opening week & had an amazing experience. Staff, food, drinks & atmosphere were fantastic. Can't wait to come back & enjoy more authentic Italian food in the area!
I came here with my family this week because we live in Laval & we were very happy to find out that there was a Corneli opening near us! The service was fantastic, our waiter Anthony was very detail oriented. The drinks were perfectly balanced & the atmosphere was very lively. I am excited to come back. Chef's kiss !!
I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Corneli's in Laval during their first week of opening, & I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The ambiance was warm & inviting, perfect for a special occasion. The food was absolutely excellent, with every dish beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. This will definitely be my go-to spot, highly recommended!
Le service & les repas étaient excellent. Par contre la musique était trop forte. Il fallait parler très fort pour se faire comprendre que ce soit par notre serveur ou nos compagnons de table.
