Il y a deux semaines, au retour de Montréal, nous ( ma conjointe & moi) avons fait un crochet par Repentigny pour aller manger une des meilleures pizzas à vie. C'est le proprio qui était pizzïolo; notre pizza avait été préparée avec soin, à notre goût, ça dépassait nos attentes. Ma conjointe & moi étions allés à ce restaurant à quelques reprises cet été.
Hier midi, toujours au retour de Montréal, nous habitons à Joliette, même commande: pizzaïolo différent, le proprio ne travaillait pas. Pizza plus qu'ordinaire, croûte dure, garniture dispersée nonchalamment, peu abondante, goût banal, ça ne valait pas la peine de faire un crochet. Préparer une pizza est un art. Nick est un pizzaïolo hors pair, ça parait qu'il aime son métier, ce n'était pas le cas de celui qui le remplaçait hier.
