I was in st clet for a business trip, & I really wanted to go watch the World Cup somewhere & called this place & the owner picked up & was so kind & pleasant, walked in was welcomed by great energy & kindness, as I do at most restaurants I ordered 4-5 dishes.. & everything was superb, I had the Wagyu dumplings as a starter & wow it was something I haven't had it was very delicious, the umami flavor it had was so good, after I had a small general tao plate & that too was great.. I tried the oysters because they said they have it on weekends only & get it fresh from the seafood market.. & that was top notch also. For my main I had the lamb chops with puréed beets & honestly it was so f'n good I've never had a beet purée so it was new to me.. the flavor of the lamb was so refreshing & not gamey like some places, the service was so good, didn't once have to call them over to request something.
Talking to the owners & telling me they've been opened for about 2 years & they see non stop love from this small community & it was pleasant to here that it was a family run business, a dream of theirs to open a restaurant to better serve their community that they lived in.
I recommend anyone visiting Montreal to stop by on the way & check this place out, the food was fairly priced I had all these dishes & it came out to $101 after taxes & tips & it was enough for 3 people for the quality I felt like it was a bargain. I can't wait to come back & visit them not just because of the great food but the great atmosphere & kind owners who deserve to be recognized. Thank you to Erika what a sweet lady you are, treated me like I was someone important even though I'm just a foodie that goes around to eat, I hope people can come & see how sweet & caring you are! Nous sommes alles manger mon mari & moi, j'ai pris un pokebol, le pire que j'ai mangé, petits pois ble dinde en can , riz au bouillon de poulet riz minute , en pleine saison de légumes frais, aucune originalité, non merci
We had a great experience at MKOP. Most beautiful terrace, beautiful flowers 🧡. We had a great bavette with mashed potatoes, everything was cooked to our liking. & the cesar salad, amazing!!!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic fresh, flavour, & beautifully presented. The staff were friendly? attentive & made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was clean, comfortable & had a great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious, & the service was quick & professional. I highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a great meal. I will definitely be coming back
Endroit sombre & malpropre, on marche jusqu'à la terrasse & nos souliers collent au plancher. Les chaises & les ustensiles étaient sales. Avec les calmars en entrée qui étaient passables, il n'y avait qu'une lichette de mayonnaise épicée & quelques feuilles de roquette noyées dans le vinaigre balsamique.
Le riz de type jasmin qui accompagnait nos repas ne goûtait rien. J'avais pris les crevettes (4 tête & carapace inclues) qui elles non plus n'avaient aucun goût & une apparence douteuse alors qu'elles devaient être au citron & gingembre. Nous en informons la serveuse qui s'est empressée d'en informer le cuisinier. On m'a offert de remplacer par autre chose: je choisi aubergine au chèvre qui venait avec des tranches de tomate, roquette & vinaigre balsamique. Ce n'était guerre mieux, je n'avais jamais vu ça des tranches de fromage de chèvre??? & le tout baignait dans le vinaigre balsamique.
C'était la première & la dernière fois que nous allions à ce resto, je ne comprends qu'il soit encore ouvert.
Absolutely amazing experience! My mother & I loved the food-it was delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Linda, who provided outstanding service. She was so friendly, attentive, & kind that she truly made our visit memorable. Linda is the best-she makes us want to come here every day! We enjoyed our experience so much that we're already planning to come back for Father's Day. Highly recommended!
