Nous sommes allés manger chez Lafleur aujourd'hui avec ma fille, qui est très gênée & qui a souvent de la difficulté à parler avec des inconnus.

Le caissier Madjid a été vraiment extraordinaire avec elle. Il a pris le temps de lui parler doucement, de la mettre en confiance & de l'encourager à faire sa commande elle-même. Pour plusieurs enfants ça peut sembler banal, mais pour ma fille c'était un vrai défi… & elle l'a fait.

Quand elle a réussi, j'étais tellement fier d'elle que je lui ai fait un high-five, & Madjid a embarqué avec nous pour la féliciter aussi. Ce petit moment a rendu ma fille extrêmement fière d'elle & ça lui a donné beaucoup de confiance.

Des employés comme lui font vraiment une différence. Merci Madjid pour ta gentillesse, ta patience & ton coeur. Tu as transformé un simple arrêt au restaurant en un moment dont ma fille va se souvenir longtemps.

Lafleur has the best poutines. Staff is always very nice to me in the drive through. My order is always correct, & my poutine is always overflowing with sauce & cheese. When I want a quick take out it always hits the spot.
