Je met 2 étoile car avant j'avais un très bon service & la nourriture étais excellente mais les deux derniere fois j'y est été c'étais affreux.
L'avant derniere fois quatre employer a parler au comptoir a ce demander qui allais me servir car incapable de prendre une initiative & ma poutine étais pas super bonne.
Derniere fois j'y est été poutine pas mangeable c'étais des frites avec du fromage fondu je cherchais la sauce j'en voyais un peu mais il en manquais clairement & cétais facile a voir tellement qui en avais pas on ajoute a sa plusieurs frite calciner comme si il navais pas changer leur huile depuis une décénie je pensais jamais dire ça de cette endroit mais personnellement ke ne pense pas y retourner.

EDIT:: since the order that arrived incomplete & the unhelpful (borderline horrible) service we received by a staff member when we called, we have ordered again. The food has been great & no more issues with our orders.

Très long service, caissière qui ne comprend pas bien le français ( difficulté à saisir les numéros) & le jeune se trompe sur 2 hot-dog ketchup moutarde pour 2 ketchup mayo . Prends 20min total pour commander & recevoir avant de pouvoir manger. Nourriture bonne & grosse quantité. Peut-être changer les boîtes de transport pour des sacs & baisser les prix .
