Today, Mothers day, the staff seemed stressed, there was a weird vibe among the servers. At the end of our meal, when we went to use the bathrooms, they were all out of service! So where are people/staff going to the bathroom? 😳

Maintenant c'est appelé'LA HACIENDA'. J'ai récemment testé ce service & j'avoue que mon expérience a été un peu en demi-teinte. L'ambiance du lieu, qui était auparavant plus chaleureuse, est devenue un peu plus sombre & moins accueillante. De plus, j'ai trouvé que les prix étaient relativement élevés, pour ce qui est proposé, ce qui donne l'impression que le rapport qualité-prix n'est plus aussi intéressant qu'avant. Cela dit, le service reste tout de même correct, mais j'espère que ces points seront pris en compte pour améliorer l'expérience future.

Les prix sont vraiment élevé pour la qualité & quantité des assiettes.

Des oeufs béné brie champignons avec des champignons en canne froids

Des patates secs

Aucun fruit dans les assiettes, juste une compote de pomme du commerce

Ils offrent du'jus d'orange fraîchement pressé' mais c'est clairement du Tropicana ou qqch comme ça. Ils pensent vraiment qu'on ne sait pas ce que ça goûte du jus d'orange fraîchement pressé?

La cerise sur le Sunday, pour ma fille on prend le menu enfant, une crêpe avec fraise & coulis de chocolat mais on demande de mettre les fraises & le chocolat à côté pcq ma fille aime pas trop quand ça se touche (c'est un enfant de 5 ans) & bien il nous on chargé un extra pour mettre les fraises à part & un extra pour mettre le chocolat à part !!! Bien sûr ils l'ont fait sans jamais nous avertir que ça serait en extra.

Bref très très cher pour de la mauvaise qualité, n'y allez pas !!

Ambiance chaleureuse & personnel super agréable. Cependant cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons en groupe de 6 & 8. Que le resto soit plein ou vide, nous n'avons pas notre nourriture en moins de 1h d'attente. La nourriture est excellente mais ne vaut pas la lenteur du service.
