Located on Lasalle Boulevard at the intersection of Démarchais, in a park setting, Restaurant Crescendo was elegantly built in 2002 at a cost of three million dollars, with the ultimate goal of delighting all your senses. Whether you find yourself on our spectacular 90-seat terrace or in our 140-seat dining room, whose abundant windows offer breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and Île-des-Sœurs, you are in for a treat.

Review Summary

Crescendo stands out for its scenic riverfront setting, inviting atmosphere, and a terrace that showcases the water views, paired with convenient parking. The menu earns frequent praise for reliable quality, generous portions, and flavors across breakfast, brunch, and dinner, with guests noting dishes that feel homemade and satisfying. Service is repeatedly described as friendly and attentive, with staff accommodating groups and special requests to ensure a smooth dining experience. The waterfront location and value make it a popular choice for family meals, celebrations, and casual outings, with many appreciating the lively yet welcoming vibe. Some feedback mentions occasional noise or a need for cleaner washrooms, but these concerns are seldom defining compared with the overall positive impressions.

One of the most delightful atmospheres in Montreal, boasting an amazing view of the St. Lawrence River throughout all seasons. Perfect for brunch, with courteous & attentive staff, & it's reasonably priced with a variety of menu options. If you plan to use public transportation, the Verdun station is about 6-7 min walking.

That is my favourite restaurant for brunch: tasty food, amiable personnel, & a very beautiful environment near the river.

Nice for breakfast or brunch on a Sunday morning. Best pain dorée & crepe. Also their English cream is amazing.
