Review Summary

Restaurant BUSAN is widely recognized for serving authentic and high-quality Korean-Chinese fusion cuisine, with many diners praising the flavorful jajangmyeon, crispy tangsuyuk, and smoky, well-balanced jjamppong. Most visitors describe the portions as generous and the ingredients as fresh, often noting that the flavors evoke a sense of home and compare favorably to experiences in Korea. While the vast majority of patrons highlight the friendly service and reasonable pricing, a few guests have expressed frustration regarding rigid seating arrangements during slower hours and occasional lapses in hospitality. Overall, the establishment remains a popular destination for those seeking comfort food, with many patrons expressing a strong intent to return due to the consistency and quality of the dishes.

Everything is so delicious-I've already been here twice! I've tried most of the menu, & everything was flavorful without being overly sweet & tasted very wholesome. I loved the generous portion of pickled radish they give as a side. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

The best korean-chinese restaurant in Quebec. There is a real chef who has the skills to cook great jajang noodles & fried porks with sweet sauce.
Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious, & the staff were incredibly kind & friendly. The black bean noodles, seafood spicy noodle soup & friend pork were all amazing! I'll definitely be coming back!

I had the chance to try their jjampong & jajangmyeon, & I was really impressed!
The jjampong had just the right amount of spice-enough to give it a kick but not overwhelm the flavors. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, especially the vegetables & seafood. The jajangmyeon was rich & savory, with a nice balance of sweetness & saltiness.
My only complaint would be that the portion of noodles could've been a bit more generous. But overall, both dishes were really satisfying!
