Bellissimo is the jewel restaurant in Dorval. Hamid, the owner, welcomes his patrons as guests in his own home. The food is of excellent quality, the staff is super friendly & knowledgeable, the terrace is so inviting & the restaurant is very cosy. The wine list is amazing, Hamid obtains excellent quality wines at a great price. I have been going for years, last night we were a party of eight & Sunday we'll be back with a party of twelve. Once you've been to Bellissimo, you will become a regular!

Very pleasant evening on the patio which is lovely. The music was very loud but our waitress was quick to turn the volume down. Food was delicious & the service great. One recommendation - when you book online there is no place to put a comment like "want to book a table on the patio". It would be helpful to have a comments section.

Food was excellent I would have given them more stars however service was non presto & because we were just a table of four no attention was given to us. They never once checked in on us to see if we needed anything no coffee or dessert was offered we had to get up & go to the cash & request our bill. Horrible service not my problem that they were short staff on a Saturday night before Fathers Day. They looked stressed & non apologetic. Their loss unfortunately.

1- Pasta Gigi - very good & very rich - good quantity.
2-Cannelloni - very good but could have used one additional cannelloni.
3- Liver with vegetables - small pieces of liver somewhat mashed - would prefer larger pieces as felt what was served was left over pieces. Vegetables good. Meal was warm but could have been warmer.
4-Liver with pasta - pasta oil & garlic - good. Same comments as #3.
Bread basket very good.
