Server forgot about us so didnt have drinks most of the night & took for ever to get food order in & when my burger finaly came its was raw extremely under cook. ps it wasn't even busy just horrible service. Give praise to management handle us very well after poorly treated also board game adviser were wonderfull. after how expensive it was & poorly treat i don't belive i would ever go back to randolph saint jerome

Belle soirée. Bon service & un bravo aux personnes qui expliquent & te proposent des jeux. Petit point désagréable par contre c'est qu'il faisait froid dans la salle. Peut-être diminuer la musique en soirée, car c'est devenu extrêmement bruyant après 8h.

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée. Notre serveur, William, est très sympathique. Cependant, comparativement à nos expériences aux autres succursales Randolph, les animateurs de jeux étaient moins proactif. Mais c'est sans doute bien normal puisque cette succursale est toute nouvelle. 😉 Nous reviendrons vous voir avec nos ados qui ont bien aimé l'expérience.
Les prix sont un peu excessif par contre.

Ça été vraiment une soirée le fun, très belle expérience, le seul bémol, le moment pour manger à été un peut tard, la prochaine fois je vais prévoir de commander des trucs à grignoter, sinon je recommanderais votre place à toute mes connaissances, merci

C'est notre 4e visite au Randolph de St-Jérôme & nous avons toujours autant de plaisir.
Notre bémol est au niveau de la bouffe.
Plusieurs choses sur le menu ne sont pas disponibles. La température de la nourriture n'est pas toujours adéquate. Dommage
