Repas de deux personnes un jeudi soir vers 19h00. Belle ambiance dans un endroit neuf & propre (toilettes non utilisées) Le personnel est tres aimable & serviable & on voit un désir de nous aider & bien servir malgré que ce restaurant est un style de libre service & non aux tables. Aucune attente pour commander via l'écran en rentrant & cela Peut-être un peu intimidant si c'est votre première fois. Vaut mieux bien consulter le menu avant de commencer une commande & il faut immédiatement se diriger au comptoir pour avoir un beeper numéroté pour nous aviser de venir chercher notre repas. Le miso épicé était à la hauteur des attentes en terme de saveur & niveau de chaleur pimentée. Belle portion & bien équilibrée. Rien à redire. Pour le ramen shoyu c'était idem sauf que l'on aurait apprécié un peu plus de nouilles sans devoir payer un extra si on compare avec d'autres expériences dans des restaurants semblables. On déplore toutefois devoir payer un supplément 2$ pour avoir quelques morceaux d'oignon vert (échalote) un ajout de quantité risible pour le prix, soyons sérieux svp! En extra, nous avons pris des raviolis de porc frit, un choix tres décevant. Les raviolis qui se devait d'être croquants, chauds & juteux étaient à peine tiède & complètement secs, un mauvais choix pour nous. Nous sommes satisfaits de nos ramens & possiblement que nous retournerons mais l'ajout d'extra ne sera pas une option considérant la quantité & la qualité. Il y a place à certaines améliorations en ce qui nous concerne & on espère qu'ils sauront s'ajuster dans le futur.

I'd give 3.5. Staff is friendly & the pace looks great. Very clean. The food though is not exceptional. I've eaten better takoyaki, karaage & miso in cheaper places. I don't think I'll go back for a while.
