About Us
Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome

Je n'ai pas vraiment rien à redire sur les plats que l'on retrouve à ce restaurant. Toutefois, à ma dernière visite (commande en emporter pour 6 convives), trois de mes invités ont retrouvé des morceaux d'élastique dans leur bouillon avec lequel ils auraient pu s'étouffer.View more

After trying so many Ramen shops, I really cannot enjoy the Black garlic shoyu here. It's mainly salty & lock of flavor profile. & chashu Don was even worse. But service here is ok. Ramen competition is getting hot, Isshin here is not winning.View more

honnêtement, je ne comprends pas les gens qui chialent que le broth est salé. le broth était riche & gouté & très bon. l'oeuf mariné était excellent. le chashu roulé était un peu gras mais c'Est ce qui donne le gout. nous avons été un mardi & le service était excellent & rapide. l'Application pour commander & payer directement sur le cellulaire fonctionne super bien.View more

Just one thing, the music is often too loud, & playing offensive music. It's often loud rap talking about putting'h***' in their place, swearing, profanity, etc. Not the most appetizing when trying to enjoy some ramen. The food is great & the people working there are so nice.View more
Amazinggg foooddd so authentic & that fried chicken with the ramen. CHEFS KISSS. Also I've never experienced service like this. They ask you if you're okay all the time & fill up your cup before it even gets empty. I love this place & I think I'm going to be a regular. Always amazing & consistent vegan ramen. Our favourite is the spicy veggie miso ramen with kale noodles (the kale noodles are the only vegan noodles but they're also gluten-free & tasty so it's a win win)View more
