Review Summary

BeaverTails at the Old Port of Montreal is widely celebrated as a must-visit destination for those seeking a quintessential Canadian treat. Visitors frequently praise the delicious, warm, and freshly prepared pastries, with the pistachio flavor standing out as a particularly popular recommendation. The establishment is frequently recognized for its welcoming atmosphere and the consistently friendly, efficient, and professional service provided by the staff, who are often described as helpful and energetic. While the venue is appreciated for its comfortable, clean, and well-organized environment, including the convenient addition of a hand-washing station, some note that the space can become quite busy and occasionally warm. Although opinions on other menu items like poutine vary, and some find the portions pricey or the experience messy, the overall consensus remains highly positive, with many diners eager to return for another classic snack.

You just have to... what else can I say. Many different flavors to try. Apple or chocolate & banana are my favorites.

I'd really like to leave a message of appreciation for the wonderful employee Jade. Even though we arrived just as the place was closing, she welcomed us with patience, kindness, & a warm smile. She still took the time to serve us without rushing, which we truly appreciated.
On top of that, the beaver tail was absolutely delicious perfectly made & super tasty. Thank you so much, Jade. Your amazing service & positive attitude really made our night. We'll definitely be back!

First time having a Beaver Tail! Something different & recommend trying. Not easy choosing from the different options - they all look delicious! I went for the Nutella & banana & my friend for the classic - both delish!
