Que Sera Syrah offre exactement ce que je recherche d'un resto : ambiance feutrée, loin du vacarme, un menu de tapas original qui change régulièrement & une exécution impeccable.
Mention spéciale à la burratina jalapeno & pêches & aux pétoncles parfaitement poêlés.
Le service était attentionné, la terrasse sur l'avenue piétonne est magnifique, & on m'a déjà dit que les desserts valent le détour… une bonne excuse pour revenir très bientôt!
Un resto de destination, pas seulement de quartier. Bravo à toute l'équipe! 👏

Tucked away in Brossard's lively 10/30 Quarter, Que Sera Syrah turned out to be a great surprise. The tapas were delicious-fresh, flavorful, & perfect for sharing-& the Verdejo I had was crisp & bright, a real standout from their super long wine list. The vibe was cozy but cool, the kind of place where you can take your time & just enjoy. It feels like a spot that's still growing but already has something special going on. Definitely looking forward to going back.
My friend made reservations here for a lunch, very calm on a sunny friday morning, not busy & staff were super friendly! They were very professional despite my friend & i being the only ones there & speaking pretty loudly 😅. Upon looking at the menu, I've never had food of this kind, so i had no idea what anything was, & due to my restrictions, I couldn't eat anything raw or any cold meats which did lower my number of options but I opted for the hearty salad & the tortellini (pretty basic considering what else they had to offer but oh well) & my friend got a buccatini (I think that's how you spell it?)? & though the food was different from what I usually eat, it was nice to have visited at least once! especially if you are looking for a place to dine with adventurous choices. Just one observation though, I did find the tortellini pretty expensive for how small it was (6 pieces for 28$) 😅
Nevertheless, I appreciate the staff & hope for their best for this restaurants future!

Quelle belle découverte à Brossard! Enfin un bar à vin, & quel endroit magnifique. 🍷 La nourriture était délicieuse, les plats étaient présentés comme de petites oeuvres d'art, & l'ambiance… wow! Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est la chaleur du lieu : on s'y sent comme à la maison. La décoration est impeccable, & nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les chefs, le propriétaire & l'équipe, tous aussi accueillants les uns que les autres.
Une superbe soirée, parfaite pour se détendre entre amis, jaser, reprendre contact & profiter d'un bon verre. Mon coup de coeur: l'assiette de charcuterie & fromages, savoureuse & bien équilibrée. Les portions ne sont pas immenses, mais chaque bouchée est un vrai plaisir. Un endroit à découvrir absolument! 🌟
Nouveau restaurant joliment décoré. Le service est bien gentil, bien qu'un peu lent. Tout le monde s'est régalé, j'ai cependant eu moins de chance avec mon choix ; le risotto manquait de crémosité & ressemblait davantage à un riz frit. La combinaison du jour n'était pas particulièrement réussie, le goût du chorizo (trop présent) étant trop puissant.
Endroit fantastique nourriture exceptionnelle, vins & cocktails excellent & service hors pair. Ce bar a vin réussi a se démarquer parmis tant d'autres....longue vie a Que Sera Syrah

I recommend this spectacular restaurant. The focaccia was out of this world. The oysters amazing, & I had the fish of the day which was astonishing. I give them 5 stars. Keep the amazing work.
Tellement un endroit parfait & différent! De la nourriture délicieuse, service rapide & courtois. J'ai adoré pouvoir goûter à des nouveaux vins & découvrir de nouvelle saveurs. C'est sur qu'on y retourne!
Nous avions très hâte de vous découvrir ! Endroit magnifique tant en terrasse qu'en salle. Le service était hyper sympa. La nourriture était délicieuse mais .. le menu manque d'options plus costaudes (viande, plat de résistance ...) Je sais bien que c'est style tapas mais .. bon .. Coté atmosphère, nous étions en terrasse & il y avait 3 sources de musique : le joueur ambulant, le jack en face & votre sélection ... finalement on écoute rien mais c'est très dérangeant - je sais que cela n'est pas de votre plein ressort ... mais me semble que les commercants devraient se concerter pour la clientèle. On y retournera .. question de vous voir évoluer ! Au plaisir,
