What a pleasant surprise this little gem of a restaurant was.
We took advantage of the happy hour special ( fresh oysters & an IPA, rosé wine) . Everything was scrumptious. For the meal I had 2 tapas - the octopus & the dear tartare..everything was perfect. The service was impeccable & the waiters/waitresses were definitely accomodating & charming. I will be going back soon!
Ordered 4 different tapas (squid, tortellini salmon, scallops, duck tartare) & fresh oysters. I cannot choose a favorite, everything was absolutely delicious! Each one a unique combination of sometimes eyebrow raising ingredients but it all works together so well. I am definitely going there again & bonus, they update the menu each season so new flavors to discover. 4.5/5 for staff only because I was pressed for time at lunch & I went to find the waitress after 10min not seeing her.
Que Sera Syrah offre exactement ce que je recherche d'un resto : ambiance feutrée, loin du vacarme, un menu de tapas original qui change régulièrement & une exécution impeccable.
Mention spéciale à la burratina jalapeno & pêches & aux pétoncles parfaitement poêlés.
Le service était attentionné, la terrasse sur l'avenue piétonne est magnifique, & on m'a déjà dit que les desserts valent le détour… une bonne excuse pour revenir très bientôt!
Un resto de destination, pas seulement de quartier. Bravo à toute l'équipe! 👏

Tucked away in Brossard's lively 10/30 Quarter, Que Sera Syrah turned out to be a great surprise. The tapas were delicious-fresh, flavorful, & perfect for sharing-& the Verdejo I had was crisp & bright, a real standout from their super long wine list. The vibe was cozy but cool, the kind of place where you can take your time & just enjoy. It feels like a spot that's still growing but already has something special going on. Definitely looking forward to going back.
Nous avions très hâte de vous découvrir ! Endroit magnifique tant en terrasse qu'en salle. Le service était hyper sympa. La nourriture était délicieuse mais .. le menu manque d'options plus costaudes (viande, plat de résistance ...) Je sais bien que c'est style tapas mais .. bon .. Coté atmosphère, nous étions en terrasse & il y avait 3 sources de musique : le joueur ambulant, le jack en face & votre sélection ... finalement on écoute rien mais c'est très dérangeant - je sais que cela n'est pas de votre plein ressort ... mais me semble que les commercants devraient se concerter pour la clientèle. J'ai été mangé au Que Sera Syrah & pour être honnete j'ai adorée le restaurant. La nourriture est excellente, le choix des tapas est variés & il en a pour tout les gouts. Le staff est gentil & respectueux & le service est rapide. Que demander de mieu ? :) Je vous conseille vivement d'y aller!!
Vraiment adoré l'expérience, de l'ambiance chaleureuse au personnel très attentionné & sans oublier l'offre culinaire! Nous étions un petit groupe de cinq & avons partagé une multitudes de tapas & tous étaient délicieux & très bien présentés le tout bien arrosé de bons cocktails/mocktails & d'un excellent vin. Déjà hâte d'y retourner, surtout avec la terrasse qui va ouvrir sous peu!

L'attention aux détails élève la qualité des produits offerts (style tapas à partager), autant pour le menu brunch que le menu du soir. La sélection des cocktails & des vins est impressionnante & se démarque par son unicité & la mise en valeur des produits québécois. Un petit coup de coeur personnel pour les pétoncles poêlés & le cocktail « Sin-gria » 🫶
Ambiance cool, bons produits, autant pour les tapas que les vins. Belles attentions durant le service. Plusieurs petits détails qui nous font apprécier l'endroit plus qu'un autre.
