Tout était excellent, un vrai 10/10.
La qualité & la saveur des plats étaient remarquables. La pieuvre, le veau & les pâtes faites maison étaient absolument exceptionnels, tout comme le vin. Le service personnalisé & l'expérience client étaient irréprochables.
Mention spéciale au propriétaire, Francesco, pour son accueil chaleureux & les belles discussions.
Nous recommandons cet endroit sans la moindre hésitation.

Ristorante Quattro is an absolute can't-miss in Montreal & was truly the highlight of our trip. The service alone would bring me back-so warm, friendly, & genuinely helpful-but the food is to die for. As someone who is gluten free, I was blown away: they can make almost the entire menu gluten free (everything except the meatballs, arancini, & breaded veal), & they clearly take it seriously. They even use my favorite trusted gluten free brands & bring hot gluten free rolls to the table, which instantly set the tone.

Every dish we tried was outstanding. The Caesar salad was delicious, & the addition of pancetta was such a beautiful, thoughtful touch. The prosciutto appetizer was incredible. For mains, we shared the spicy shrimp tomato sauce pasta with gluten free rigatoni, the truffle sausage & cream sauce with gluten free gnocchi, & the ragu with gluten free rigatoni-each one was rich, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. It's rare to find gluten free pasta this good, let alone at this level.

Between the exceptional food, the incredible gluten free options, & the genuinely kind, attentive service, Ristorante Quattro is a restaurant I'll be thinking about long after the trip. If you're in Montreal, do not skip it.

My husband & I have dined at Quattro several times & specifically always on New Year's Eve. The reason we returned was because the food & service had always been amazing & always super welcoming by the owner. Even during busy visits, everything ran smoothly & we felt well taken care of in the past. Unfortunately, this 4th visit was a huge disappointment.

The restaurant was extremely busy & seemed overbooked, & it appeared there was only one server handling roughly 16 tables, plus a long communal table in the center that accommodated about 12 guests, along with a full bar at one point. There were about two or three people bringing food out, but no additional servers taking orders. Approximately an hour, those same three men began taking orders, which made it clear the staff was stretched far too thin.

Our server seemed overwhelmed, unfriendly & rude, which unfortunately affected the entire experience. Just very unpleasant. Several times we placed orders with simple specific requests, & they were forgotten everytime. What was most frustrating was that there was no effort to correct the mistakes or even acknowledge them.

Food was as okay. The Ragu lacked flavour, steak was overcooked but flavoured well & the spicy shrimp pasta was great.

As we were getting ready to leave & putting on our jackets, the owner stood very close to our table, which felt uncomfortable. I moved in toward the table thinking she needed to pass, but she said she wanted to clear the table for the next guests. The interaction felt rushed & unwelcoming, especially after an already disappointing experience.

We know how great Quattro can be, which makes this visit especially frustrating. We truly hope this was just an off night, but it did not reflect the level of service we've come to expect from this restaurant.

Just based off of last nights (New years eve) experience we unfortunately will not dine here again.

I cannot rate the food, we only had cocktails (but judging by the room FULL of happy folks that was clearly our loss & we shall eat there next time!)

We DID as so many others have commented, meet the owners, & couldn't have had a nicer time. Cannot wait for a chance to get back & try some dishes off the menu. My heritage is Sicilian, & we've had restaurants'in the family.' I know the vibe when I feel it - this is a great spot! Until next time'Ciao e Buon Apetito!'

(PS: on'noise level,' I dislike the categories… there should be one for'pleasant buzz;' some places have got it & Quattro is one of them!)

We came here as a party of six to celebrate my sister's birthday & had the most incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. The owners went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect, which made the night feel extra special.

Every single person at our table was raving about their meal. The food was outstanding across the board. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially impressed & grateful for how accommodating & knowledgeable the staff was. It's rare to feel so comfortable & actually enjoy a full, delicious meal without worry.

Amazing food, exceptional service, & owners who truly care! This place is a gem. We'll absolutely be back & highly recommend it for celebrations or just a fantastic night out.

Food was great! They were super aware of gluten free/celiac needs as the owner said her daughter is celiac so they are able to prepare almost everything on the menu in a gf way. Otherwise the food was great & the servers were very kind.

Where to start. Greeted by the owner when you walk in the door then waited & tended to by the owners other half (wink wink) & the evening was off to an amazing start. From an excellent gin choice (Silent Pool gin) to a wonderful Brunello di Montalcino, followed by excellent grilled octopus, beef carpaccio & braised lamb shank - our taste buds will forever remember Quattro. Thank you very much Frank for the wonderful evening. Cheers to the ladies in our lives. We owe them. Your new fans from the west coast (& Toronto).

My family & I ate dinner here during our trip to Montreal & it was one of our favorite meals of the trip! My mom has Celiac's so we chose this restaurant in part because we had seen it offered gluten free pasta & the website said it was gluten free friendly. When we got there, the owner welcomed us, & when my mom mentioned she had to be gluten free, the owner reassured us that the vast majority of the menu could be made gluten free, so not to worry.

Everything we ordered was delicious, from the appetizer & cocktails to our dinner & dessert. We all got pasta, with my mom even getting gluten free gnocchi. The owner showed my mom what brand they used so she could try to find it when she got home. Our waiter was very attentive & provided great service. We loved the ambience & had a very nice evening. If only we had more time to go back another night!

Spectacular experience from the moment we walked through the door for our reservation. We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in & shown right to our table. The restaurant decor was elegant & elevated. We were a party of five & ordered 2 appetizers & 5 mains, absolutely everything was delectable. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients used & the olive oil is from another planet. Desserts were phenomenal as well. Too to bottom one of the best meals I've had throughout my 30+ countries visited. The service was exceptional. I only regret that I do not live closer to enjoy this place more often. Recommend with the utmost enthusiasm
