Nothing was fantastic. I had the pad Thai & it was probably the saltiest thing I had ever eaten. I know chefs have their bad days but this was inedible. The beer was the best part. The poutine was just okay. Not sure if I'll ever return but if I do, I'd absolutely pass on the food. Seems like a tourist trap.

We really enjoyed our experience except we were overcharged for three beers. We ordered four beers during happy hour & only received the happy hour price for one of the beers at $7.00. We arrived at 4:30pm & left around 8:30pm. There is no way we had only one beer between 4:30pm & 7pm...please look into this. Thank you.
Great little spot! They have a snack menu that's available pretty late so even if the kitchen is closed you can get pretty hardy food! I also enjoyed the litres of beer they serve, I don't think I they did pitchers when I went so we each just caved & got a litre & then always means a good time.
Great beers, great atmosphere & brilliant service, lived it folks, (man in hat 😀)

I love Pub Saint Pierre, it's one of my favorite in the city. The atmosphere is great, the service is prompt & friendly & the beer selection & food is always excellent!

Must visit for us when in Montreal! The coolest little place for great beer, food, & vibes.

Superb venue, great beers, brunch & outstanding service. Thanks Von for opening early so we could watch the FA Cup football final!

Great bar, very cozy, great ambience. They have oyster happy hour until 7, a great deal. Good food, good selection of beer.

The reasons I did not give 5 stars are as follow:
1- I made a reservation online about 1 hour before I showed up on their website. When I arrived I was told they did not have my reservation & the place was full for the night. After a bit of negotiation I was able to get a table for 1.5hr only as long as I was out after that time :(
2- It is overpriced for the quantity of food & a beer is 8$, drink is 14$ during the happy hour :( also they charged 8$ to add grilled beef to your plate but the quantity is about one bite of beef. (32$ for a poutine with beef)
Other than that the place is cosy & clean.
Staff are friendly
they speak both French & English.

We stopped in off the street at 7pm on a Saturday night & miraculously the server let us know he could squeeze us in even without a reservation! The place was absolutely packed & I am so grateful we waited the 15mins for a table. My husband had the Cream Ale & I had an Amaretto sour- the beer & cocktail were both absolutely fantastic! We both ordered the Bavette & it was INCREDIBLE. Food came quickly, & in 1.5 hours we both enjoyed several drinks as well as our food. One of the owners was in the establishment & we were able to flag him as we left just to tell him what a wonderful meal we had in the awesome atmosphere! Cant recommend this spot enough!!! Do not miss out- make a reservation for sure!

Love this place! I missed the English pubs & finally I found it. Friendly staff, good food, good beer.

Fantastic small pub with great beer & food. Staff are extremely helpful.

Great food that's well beyond standard bar fare. Nice ambiance & good selection of beer & wine.

Always a great pleasure to visit the Pub Saint-Pierre. Food is great, beer is fresh, the atmosphere, the patrons & staff friendly.

We went two times during our stay in Montreal. We finally tasted all the beers from Quebec. It was great. Music, beers... everything was perfect! The waiters were really kind & friendly. I would recommend to visit this pub to spend a good time, relaxing while you take some drinks & eat some snacks.

Great time at Sunday brunch. Always fun to visit with surprising good 'pub food' & beer, & great staff, too. Can be rather crowded
so keep in mind if you're worried about that. Bottles of wine are 1/2 price on Wednesdays BTW.
