My favorite restaurant to go to with my grandma. I go with her every week & love all the different choices I can put on my poutine. The staff are very friendly. The cooks definitely deserve a raise for all the delicious food they make. Can't wait to go here again!

Très bon service & ambiance aussi. Le prix est raisonnable pour ce qu'il offre, mais toute les poutines étaient tiède & presque froide pour certaines. Donc l'expérience culinaire n'était pas optimale.

Il y a deux vendredis depuis que j'avais mis les pieds pour la première fois chez Poutineville avec un ami. Je m'attendais simplement à jaser & à souper. Pourtant, la soirée prit une tournure très positive par un SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE HORS-PAIR grâce à la serveuse Ophélie qui a non seulement fait part d'un service approche client exemplaire & aussi qui reconnait l'expertise de chaque mets sur le menu. J'ai pris le temps de le souligner, car la grande majorité des restaurants de Montréal accorde très peu de l'importance à l'approche client. Un grand Bravo à Ophélie sur ces qualités! Je profite de souhaiter à toute l'équipe une bonne année 2025!
J'ai commander une poutine SANS GLUTEN avec fromage suisse , cheddar & poulet sans panure ! Enfin un endroit qui s'adapte Le propriétaire est super amical ( Costa ) & compréhensif Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour votre poutine . Très savoureuse
Just wanna take a moment to give this spot the props it deserves. I live on maui most of the year, & coming back home, this is the first spot i come too when i set foot in montreal. Wow 10 étoiles 5 pour Kosta & 5 pour Emmanuel je pense n'avoir jamais eu un service autant parfait que ce soir , mon amie & moi avons eu un service plus que extraordinaire ils nous on fait sentir alaise dès les début ils mon même préparé une grilled cheese special vraiment délicieux serve parfait nourriture parfaite ambiance parfait merci beaucoup pour cette belle soirée mon amie est moi reviendrons très vite merci
Meilleur service Ever !! Kosta & Emmanuel nous ont accueillie moi & mon amie comme des Reines ! Ils ont été chaleureux du début à la fin, ont demandé si tout était à notre goût, nous on fait des propositions sur le menu on été gentil, drôle & de bonne humeur tous le long du service. Ça fait longtemps que je n'ai pas été témoin d'un aussi bon service & ça fait du bien. Je recommande fortement & j'ai été agréablement surprise de mon expérience je donne un 5 étoiles & j'y retournerai c'est certain !! :)
You can never go wrong with a Poutine. However, what made this place stand out was the server. He was kind, attentive, fully bilingual. I don't know what his name is, but thanks to him this place was a very exceptional experience. Thank you
La poutine "Montréalaise" est au top, le serveur vraiment sympa, service rapide dans l'ensemble. Vraiment rien à redire, une belle soirée !! Je vous recommande !!
