Excellent service! Le resto était rempli & le serveur Emmanuel a été aux petits soins avec nous malgré qu'il était le seul serveur! J'aime le concept de pouvoir créer ma propre poutine aussi!

Outstanding service!!! Their poutines are delicious. However, if you feel like having something a bit lighter, I highly recommend their Greek salad. My friends & I were amazed. Great quality ingredients & prices are so right! 10/10 🥗🤤
Perfect après-ski meal for the family! It was my first time ordering curry poutine & it really worked. Excellent service - fast, friendly & so funny! They even got my difficult to please kid to laugh & eat at least some of their dinner.
Used to be our go to for poutine, but has materially gone down in quality. Ordered today at the restaurant, to go. They somehow forgot my order, which cooled down on the counter while I was waiting 2 meters away. Poutine was extremely salty. & first time I see a gyro served in toasted bread… Quite a disappointment!
My favorite restaurant to go to with my grandma. I go with her every week & love all the different choices I can put on my poutine. The staff are very friendly. The cooks definitely deserve a raise for all the delicious food they make. Can't wait to go here again!

Très bon service & ambiance aussi. Le prix est raisonnable pour ce qu'il offre, mais toute les poutines étaient tiède & presque froide pour certaines. Donc l'expérience culinaire n'était pas optimale.
Il y a deux vendredis depuis que j'avais mis les pieds pour la première fois chez Poutineville avec un ami. Je m'attendais simplement à jaser & à souper. Pourtant, la soirée prit une tournure très positive par un SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE HORS-PAIR grâce à la serveuse Ophélie qui a non seulement fait part d'un service approche client exemplaire & aussi qui reconnait l'expertise de chaque mets sur le menu. J'ai pris le temps de le souligner, car la grande majorité des restaurants de Montréal accorde très peu de l'importance à l'approche client. Un grand Bravo à Ophélie sur ces qualités! Je profite de souhaiter à toute l'équipe une bonne année 2025!
