Je le fréquentais pour dîner vendredi soir. Malheureusement, hier ont a été servis par une madame différente, allure dark punk, qui nous a interdit de nous asseoir dans une partie du local, n'a pas apportè de l'eau, ni les ustensiles & qui corrigeait le français de ma blonde étant la même serveuse anglophone. Les poutines cette fois-ci bien petites. Elle était plus occupé de la livraison que des clients sur place & elle nous l'en fait savoir. La qualité du resto descend tranquillement, on ne le frequenterai plus.

Très bon service ! En revanche déçue de la poutine trop d'oignon à mon goût & fromage tout collé ce qui faisait un gros bloc donc pas très agréable.

Best poutine I've had. Big portion & all fresh ingredients. Had the local lager & was like milk. Out server gave my partner a shot on the house too. Great experience all around

Got the braised beef poutine & a cheeseburger. Cheese burger was bland. No seasoning in the patties & no sauce. The braised beef poutine was really good, tasty.

Since the day I tried their poutine, Poutineville has always been my favorite. I've tried many, many places but their Mexican Poutine still stands as my favorite poutine. I also recommend their fried cheese curds; I love them.

Nous sommes allé manger un midi. Il n'y avait pas trop de monde. C'était agréable. Le service était top. La poutine était également super. On peut choisir les ingrédients. Ils sont bien mélangés dans la poutine donc il y en a tout au long de la dégustation. La quantité était également parfaite. J'ai pris une grande & je n'étais pas déçu.

Je vais commencer par dire que je suis extrêmement déçue du service de ce restaurant. Le ratio d'erreur sur les commandes à apportez ne doit pas être loin du 50%! Au prix que votre poutine coûte c'est inacceptable!!!

Le serveur ne prend pas le temps de vérifier les commandes. Les contenants pour les sauces à part sont à moitié remplis. Faut croire que la sauce au poivre est trop dispendieuse...surtout quand on paye pour. Ça c'est quand le serveur ne les oublie pas!

Vous devriez penser à engager plus d'employés parce que quand on entend le serveur sacrer tout bas on peut en déduire qu'il a peut-être trop de travail sur les bras.

La poutine est généralement bonne, mais tout le reste fait en sorte que je remet ce restaurant en question à chaque fois que j'y retourne... Je recommandais souvent ce restaurant à mon entourage, cependant la mauvaise commande de trop du 28-08-2017 m'a bien fait comprendre qu'il manque d'organisation & que je ne peux malheureusement plus recommander votre poutine à mon entourage.

Prenez note que tous ces problèmes sont survenus à la succursale de la rue beaubien, à plusieurs reprises.
