Super service, une modification n'était pas possible dans l'application de livraison mais j'ai téléphoné au restaurant & l'agent (vraiment gentil & courtois) a répondu à ma demande. Bonne bouffe & bon service!
Quel service ce soir! Commande faite à travers DoorDash, qui offrait un 2 pour 1. Mais erreur sur la commande donc une seule poutine m'attendait. La monsieur super sympa & essaie de m'aider à régler le tout avec Door Dash (quel service à la clientèle merdique ). Pas capable de régler DoorDash, alors au moment de repartir, il m'offre gentiment une autre poutine. Tellement avenant ! Poutine Buffalo, & franchement super bonne, de vrais bons morceaux de poulet (l'ado assez difficile pour les poutines l'a adorée!)

Poutineville Beaubien est ma place de prédilection pour du comfort food lorsque je suis seule, en famille ou entres amis. J'aime que la musique ne soit pas trop forte, donc on peut bien s'entendre parler. La propreté des lieux est également à souligner! De plus, j'aime la convivialité & l'enthousiasme des serveurs, je suis toujours bien servie! J'aimerais surtout souligner l'excellent service de Emmanuel!
Je voulais essayer la poutine aux patates écrasées dont j'avais entendu beaucoup de bien, avec ume sauce aux poivre, mais ça a été ume vraie déception! 😔 Les patates étaient beaucoup trop cuites, & la sauce était extrêmement salée. En plus, il n'y avait vraiment pas beaucoup de fromage.
