We tried the Pulled Pork & Philly Cheese Steak Poutines. Both were great.
I wish the sauce in the pulled pork poutine was a bit bolder & sweeter.
We got the regular size & barely managed to finish it in one sitting because there was a lot (in a good way).
Je viens souvent chercher de la poutine pour emporter. Aujourd'hui, erreur dans la commande, ce n'est pas grave, je paie, je laisse quand même 15% de pourboire. Pendant qu'ils préparent la commande je vois que j'avais droit à un hamburger gratuit. Quand on m'apporte ma commande je demande pour mon hamburger gratuit & on me répond: « il fallait le demander avant ».
Ce n'est franchement pas pour un hamburger gratuit que je suis déçus, c'est pour le manque d'attention & de considération pour un client régulier qui laisse toujours du pourboire.
Au moment de passer la commande, ils auraient pu me dire : « vous avez droit à un hamburger gratuit ».
Mais bon faut pas s'étonner ensuite qu'on ai plus envie de venir…
J'ai pris une grande poutine classique aux champignons, très généreuse , c'était délicieux. Serveuse très gentille. Je changerais juste les champignons qui n'étaient pas très grillés cependant.
Some people say this place is a hit or miss & they are right. Sometimes they get the order just right but the fries are undercooked. Other times it tastes f'n great but they put in the wrong item eg: side sauce instead of cheese curds, or one or more item is missing. When picking up the order it already comes in the bag stapled so unless you open it & check if everything is there, you might be in for a surprise. I would recommend dining-in instead.
La poutine Cheese burger était particulièrement mauvaise. Presque pas de sauce, pas de fromage, frites pas bien cuites, etc. Ça allait pour la poutine classique.
The food was perfect! On top of that the service was exceptional. The young lady there was very kind & welcoming. Absolutely loved the treatment. Give her a raise!! Overall the food was good too. Must visit.

Un endroit très chaleureux, serveuse très sympathique. C'est de loin la meilleur franchise poutineville que j'ai été. La nourriture excellente & asser rapide. Je le recommande fortement

Le concept du restaurant est simple: vous choisissez une poutine au menu ou vous vous en faites construire une sur mesure selon vos spécifications. Le Service a été un peu long, pas de la faute à la jeune, gentille & jolie serveuse. Il y avait un groupe & le guide de ce groupe parlait vraimenr trop fort, s'en était désagréable. La TV était au football, ça aide à patienter. La sauce de la poutine était trop salée à mon goût. Le stationnement est sur la rue & payant. Ça aurait été bien en avoir plus dans mon assiette.
Le hamburger & le macaroni au fromage que j'ai commandé étaient tout simplement incroyables🤤Je viens régulièrement ici avec ma famille & mes amis pour prendre un mocktails & un repas à côté qui m'étonne chaque fois avec un goût délicieux. Le service était incroyable, souriante, polie, attentionnée & avec une propreté impeccable👌🏼 Je vous recommande fortement!!
Un accueil très chaleureux de la part des employés les serveuses toujours souriante ne reflète aucune mauvaise ambiance envers la clientèle nourriture absolument délicieux des ailes de poulet comme entrées bien cuite tendre juteuse une salade maison avec une vinaigrette maison indiscutable leur vinaigrette maison vien donner son étoile son apparence la fraîcheur & la douceur de la salade pour finir j'ai pris une poutine filet mignon je suis quelqu'un qui adore les oignons donc +1 pour moi des oignons bien caraméliser par contre j'aime pas les champignons donc j'ai demandé sans champignons. Une tres bonne quantité de viande dessus avec une sauce poutine chaude faite maison je vous conseille fortement de visiter ce restaurant vous ne regretterez pas pour ma part 5 étoiles j'ai adoré les prix son raisonnable.
