My trip to this restaurant in the afternoon was pretty standard. It was quite busy when I arrived, with a line at the cash register. Honestly, waiting wasn't a big deal for me-I used the time to check out the menu & figure out what I wanted. When I finally got to the counter, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff took my order & got my three bowls ready. What caught my attention was how they grill the chicken. You could smell it cooking from a mile away, & it definitely got my mouth watering. & let me tell you, the taste didn't disappoint. The chicken was juicy & packed with flavor. Plus, I liked that I could customize my bowl with different ingredients. It made each dish feel a bit more personal. Overall, it was a decent experience. Nothing too fancy, but the food was good, & I left feeling satisfied.

25 April, 2024: Here is my critique on this Poulet Rouge. Best: 1) The Restaurant is clean when I went there. While I was eating I saw A lady cleaning empty tables & taking trays. 2) The customer service is pretty good. I saw a guy throw a juice at another & As employees were leaving shaking hands with their coworkers etc. 3) They are fully bilingual & kind. 4) The food was good & cooked perfectly it wasn't too little nor too much. 5) They have booths & single chairs for people to sit & the layout of the restaurant is not so bad. & they have 2 registers. Worst: 1) Maybe work on their French a little bit more. 2) The restaurant is a little far from the metro but not too far maybe like 5 minutes walk. 3) I saw a guy & his friends vaping while I was eating there so I should have asked him but being polite did not want to bother him as he did not bother me. Conclusion: It's a good place to get Poulet Rouge. I will be back here again in the near future. It's a would recommend.
