Food is good but sometimes they go a little crazy with the sauce & it gets so soggy... There should be more sauce options & the Honey Chipotle is not that good at all. The spicy mayo so far is the best choice & only choice so far :). KEEP THE KALE PLEASE :D

The manager's behavior was extremely rude & disrespectful. He was unprofessional, dismissive, & made the experience very unpleasant. Management should address this issue.

Très déçue de ma mauvaise expérience chez Poulet Rouge.

La réceptionniste n'avait aucun sourire envers la clientèle & affichait un regard froid & peu accueillant. J'aimerais vraiment que les responsables vérifient les vidéos des caméras afin de constater le comportement des réceptionnistes envers les clients. 12/07/2026 à 11h50

Quel plaisir de manger ici. Les bols sont généreux, colorés & vraiment appétissants. J'ai beaucoup aimé la fraîcheur des légumes croquants mélangés au poulet grillé parfaitement cuit.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour un repas rapide & savoureux sur Côte-des-Neiges. La présentation dans les bols rouges est soignée & tout semblait très frais. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour une autre pause déjeuner.
