Unfortunately this location cheaps out on the chicken & that's what I'm paying for the chicken not the cheap sides.
Three tiny pieces that are thin & dry. I see the same complaint on other reviews for this Cote-Des-Nieges location. Other locations are a lot more generous I see a huge difference. I know not to come back here.

Nourriture 10/10, la seule raison que je donne pas un score parfait c'est :

Vous devez revoir votre façon de servir une commande qui contient un rouge bol & une poutine. Je dois refaire la file pour dire ce que je veux dans la poutine car vous ne préparez pas les deux en même temps. Suggestion : Dites moi d'attendre sur le côté & quand ma poutine est prête appelez moi pour demander les garnitures :)

I'm honestly really disappointed because Poulet Rouge is usually my favorite place to eat, & I've always enjoyed their food. But this time, there was a whole piece of lettuce in my meal, & the chicken was visibly uncooked. I really hope this was just a one-time mistake because I normally love Poulet Rouge, but serving uncooked chicken is a serious food-safety concern. I hope they take this seriously & make sure it doesn't happen again.

The Brazilian gentlemen that assisted us was incredible ( I wish I remembered his name ) As a Brazilian myself, his service made my experience 10x better . He was very skilled , able to take the order in 3 different languages was impressive for my family ... The food was amazing !!! I will definitely be back whenever I can. Food is good but sometimes they go a little crazy with the sauce & it gets so soggy... There should be more sauce options & the Honey Chipotle is not that good at all. The spicy mayo so far is the best choice & only choice so far :). KEEP THE KALE PLEASE :D

The manager's behavior was extremely rude & disrespectful. He was unprofessional, dismissive, & made the experience very unpleasant. Management should address this issue.
