We went there for my b day. The large back room was ice cold. We kept our jackets the entire dinner. My sea food risotto was way too salty & rice overcooked.

While the service, staff & atmosphere was excellent, I would easily give a score of 10/10, sadly the food was a little mediocre. Nothing terrible, but nothing wow either. For the price, it's a little tough to swallow.
This is a gem of Italian cuisine, offering an extraordinary seafood experience that delights the palate. The ambiance is warm & inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for every meal. Seafood dishes, especially the linguine, are a revelation, bursting with freshness & authentic Italian flavors. Service is impeccable, with staff going above & beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. For an authentic taste of Italy with a seafood twist, this place is unmatched. Highly recommended!
Super quality service with Sam , he is awesome make you enjoy each bite with his high class service, the food is amazing the place is super extra clean & organized, this is not a regular restaurant, it's professional quality from A to Z,, we can not wait tell we go back Sunday for the high end all brunch you can eat , I will repeat repeat & repeat, you must visit .
I was extremely excited to find out Portovino returned to Decarie. The restaurant has an elegant feel, but the lighting could be slightly more dim. Overall the food was delicious. We ordered the grilled calamari to start. It did not disappoint! I chose the salmon with risotto. Both were perfectly cooked. The texture of the risotto was amazing. The salmon had a lovely crisp outside. The double chicken breast came with mashed potatoes & vegetables that were cooked just right. We finished off with a fantastic slice of keylime & a cappuccino. I am happy have you back!!
Fantastic meal! Olivier, our server, was spectacular. Very accommodating & attentive. We had the Carbonara & fried calamari & they were delicious! Will be back soon 🙂

Hostess, owner, & servers were smiling, friendly & helpful. The food portions were filling & delicious. There were four of us. One had excellent mussels & fries. One of us had veal scallopini with gargonzola. One of us had veal scallopini with mushrooms. One of us had veal parmigiana. All delicious. Veals come with pasta but its easy to substitute. There is a full course option with soup or salad & tea or coffee. Menu has many choices, pastas, fish, mussels, veal etc. Although the dessert tray looked great we were all too full. Byob is a nice touch. Décor is nice. Tables nicely spaced. Free parking too. Highly recommended.
First thing the food outstanding very tasty, portions on point, loved it. However this where it loses the points the lighting it was so bright & aggressive to the eyes, it definitely did not feel like your having a calm serene romantic dinner, & the choice of music playlist which is suppose to be background music but was made for store. It's is a shame that lighting needs to be dimmed such great esthetics of the place would make it feel cozy. I need to add the young lady who was serving water/bread had no personality didn't smile, looked like she really didn't want to be there, & we weren't offered bread, The rest of the staff wonderful, especially I assume a Manager who attend to a customer who made a complaint, she handled it in a professional & courteous way. Dim those lights & turn down the music & you got a winner.

Our first, no doubt of many visits in the future to PortoVino - Decarie. Rosie, our server, with her friendly & bubbly personality made our meal all the more pleasant. Rosie is attentive, accommodating & even though she was serving other diners, came by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal & were not in need of anything.. The food, the ambiance was great. Looking forward to another visit in the near future. .
