The dough is very thin burns easily. It has the consistency of pita bread rather than Pizza dough. The four cheese pizza is really just 2 cheese with a little bit of mozzarella, & dusting of feta. We did not see/taste any blue or parmesan. The only have 11" pizza sizes that serve one.View more
