During busy times, the girl at the counter seems overwhelmed & constantly running around. Because of this, customers can end up waiting 15 -20 minutes without being greeted or knowing when they'll be served. It would really help to have an extra staff member at the counter during rush hours to improve the flow & customer experience.
Also, the tables & chairs are placed too tightly, making it hard to move around comfortably. Consider rearranging them or getting smaller furniture to make the space more welcoming. Please don't overlook your customers.
