I called to make sure they had the offer published in Insta that when team Canada wins in the football games there is free pizza the next day for the first 100 clients. Employees did not even know about it & after lots of time explaining to them & them checking what to do, they said no. What a waste of time. They only do publicity & don't follow up on what they offer. I was truly disappointed & will never again go there.

There were 4 people in the back talking & I waited 10 min to pickup my order who was ready & kept in a warm place. They looked at me several times but nobody came. There was also a woman wearing plastic gloves, she scrubbed the garbage bin & after that went straight to the oven to manipulate the pizza, didn't change the gloves, didn't wash her hands. This is nit the first time I had a bad service. I tried delivery & they were late, like one hour late. Another time they had the pizza done but they forgot to do the chicken strips, had to wait twenty minutes for them… & so on.

Nous avons commander d'avance pour un heure précise & nous avons reçu 15minutes en retard. En plus notre souper était rendu froid & sec comme s'il avait traîner sur le comptoir pendant plusieurs minutes & la pizza étirer a la main on a du la remettre au four avec les morceaux de poulet. Quand j'ai appeler pour expliquer la situation je me suis fait dire que y pouvais rien faire pour ça que son livreur s'il avait plusieurs livraison à même temps que ça pouvait arriver. Aucun excuse il n'avait l'air aucunement de se sentir mal vis à vis notre situation. Au prix que ça coûte & surtout à commander à l'avance pour spécifier l'heure de livraison je trouve ca décevant & je ne commanderait plus la !
