Je suis allée manger le 11 novembre, lors de la tempête de neige où presque tout le monde avait perdu l'électricité. Quand je suis arrivée au restaurant, il y avait énormément de monde, ce qui est tout à fait normal dans une situation comme celle-là. J'ai attendu longtemps, mais honnêtement, je n'en veux à personne : c'était comprenable & c'est comme ça partout quand il y a une panne générale.

Pendant que j'attendais, j'ai entendu un jeune employé au téléphone expliquer aux gens que les livraisons prenaient plus de temps, qu'il comprenait leur frustration, mais qu'ils devaient être compréhensifs aussi. Il y avait une tempête dehors, les routes étaient difficiles, & la majorité des clients n'avaient plus d'électricité. J'ai trouvé ça dommage de voir ce petit monsieur donner son 100 % pendant que certains semblaient impatients. Il faisait réellement de son mieux.

Une fois ma commande reçue, tout était excellent. L'attente en valait vraiment la peine. Pour vous donner une idée, en passant devant le McDonald's, il y avait au moins une cinquantaine d'autos en file, donc c'était la même situation partout.

Bref, malgré les circonstances, j'ai eu un super service & un repas délicieux. Merci à l'équipe pour leur travail dans des conditions aussi difficiles… je pense sincèrement que le monde devrait être compréhensif & réalisé que vous êtes probablement pas les seuls sans électricité…
