Lovely cafe with an amazing kid area, which is so rare & such a gem for getting together with friends & letting your little ones play! Nice variety of baked goods. Friendly staff & warm, inviting atmosphere.
(One thing that would really help the kid friendly-ness & super appreciated would be a change table in the bathroom!! 🙏🏼)

Un charmant café de quartier, caractérisé par une ambiance conviviale & un service d'excellente qualité, où le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme & son amabilité constante.
super friendly staff & cozy ambiance! i LOVE their ferrero rocher brookies. the lemonade slush was too sweet for my taste, but that's subjective. i'll be returning for sure for another sweet treat (or a sandwich for a change)

Went for the first time last Friday & ordered an Affogato. I was asked by the server with short reddish hair if i wanted one or two shots of espresso which I'm normally not asked in other cafes. She then got a tub of ice cream from the freezer & added 2 shots of warm espresso & the ice cream just floated in it! When i asked them to add hot espresso, she tried to argue that it's meant to be that way! Thankfully the guy who was there was helpful & tried to rectify it but again added one shot of warm espresso & i asked him to add another hot shot. Staff need to be trained on how to make a proper Affogato as it was really not worth all this trouble. He was, however, nice enough to offer me a cookie as well. The cafe itself was nice with nice outdoor space.

Every time I walk into Pinocchio I feel so nostalgic & right at home. A great place to enjoy a coffee, sandwich & dessert of course😋 best part… it's pet friendly for our furry friends!!!
Quel excellent endroit pour s'arrêter & s'immerser dans le quotidien des résidents du quartier Villeray ! Faute de temps, nous n'avons pu que prendre un café & profiter du jeu de Connect4 format géant. Quelle partie de plaisir !
