Overall, diners describe Pho Ngoc Tuan as delivering authentic comforting bowls with rich broth, generous meat, and solid noodle portions, often highlighting pho tai, bun bo Hue, and even grilled chicken and pork chops as satisfying options; reviews praise fast service and friendly staff, good value for money, and the option to dine in or take out, with some noting the Vietnamese iced coffee and hot sauces as standout accompaniments. While many experiences are favorable, some visits note slower service during busy times, occasional missteps like not receiving drinks promptly, and a cleanliness concern mentioned about a jar containing goldfish; several reviewers travel far and consider this among the best pho in the city, and the portions are frequently described as large and the broth as especially flavorful, making it a reliable option for pho lovers.
It's an ok place for Pho. I took XL & there were barely any noodles but ok amounts of meat. Place was so crowded that service was sub par. Price is ok.
Came in welcomed by a lovely lady only to after be served their pho dac biet & Vietnamese iced coffee. Their broth is the best I've had & very affordable with good portions. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is the best I've had as well. Will definitely be coming back! :D
We came in, were seated, & given water right away take & take in this is our go-to place, the food is amazing don't get me wrong but today was not great. The server then went about her tasks while we looked over the menu. After about 15 minutes with no one checking in, I asked if we could place our order. She responded that she would let another server know, but after another 5 minutes with no follow-up, we decided to leave.

Service 1/5.
Cozy little Vietnamese restaurant. Service is fast, food is flavourful & portions are very big. They are very generous of the beef in the BBH but I would have liked more pork. A bit pricy (40$ for 2 soups) but you get a lot of food for the price. I will go back
