Owners smoking in food prep area daily. Ashtray just sitting out on counter of food prep area. Raw bacon put on sheet pans right over ready to eat vegetables daily. Zero hand washing from cooks. There isn't even a sink in the kitchen. There is a sink next to dishwasher machine, but it is NEVER used by the cook / owners. Cases of raw bacon over ready to eat food in walk in. Always cases of food directly on the floor. They have no idea what HACCP is. Never saw anyone take any food temperatures of ANY product. If you want food borne illnesses or explosive diarrhea then definitely give this disgusting restaurant a try
