C'est délicieux, généreux, service rapide, & prix abordable. Nous étions 3 adultes & 2 enfants, nous avons pris la formule de 3 personnes & il nous en restait encore. Ma mère qui est très exigeante & qui n'aime pas manger dehors, a adoré, elle a dit « ça c'est de la vraie nourriture » 😅

La nourriture est bonne, les portions sont généreuses & le service est rapide. Le personnel est sympathique & l'endroit est propre. Quelques petits détails à améliorer, mais dans l'ensemble je recommande l'endroit.
Service au comptoir laisse à désirer pour les commandes à emporter. Attendre 49 minutes pour 3 sandwichs. 2 au poulet & 1 à la viande & voir 8 employes qui ont l'air dépassé & mal organisé tandis que le restaurant est vide il y a juste 2 tables occupés m'a découragé. Finalement en ouvrant les paquets chez moi ils se sont trompes en me donnant 2 viandes & 1 poulet... & 1 des sandwichs etait pas emballes donc tout le poulet etait renversé dans le paquet :(
C'était la 1ere fois on passait par là à la succursale de longueuil & ca sera la derniere. Quand on offre un service à emporter surtout pour des sandwichs je pense que ce n'est pas normal que ça prenne autant de temps. Revoir l'organisation. Bon succès pour la suite.
Edit en reponse au propriétaire : oui j'ai attendu car on m'a fait payer au comptoir au moment de passer ma commande. & comme j'ai dit on connaissais pas le restau on passait par là. & avant de commander vos employés m'ont assuré que ça allait etre rapide je cite' 15minutes maximum'. De la part d'un propriétaire, être incapable de prendre un feedback d'une expérience négative pour améliorer vos services & plutot traiter les clients de menteurs en dit plus sur vous qu'autre chose. Je suis sure que vous avez des caméras dans votre restaursnt vous pouvez prendre le soin de vérifiez ce qui y est dit.

The dessert was also a delight with perfect amount of sweetness 💖

This was my first visit to this restaurant, & the moment I walked in, the delicious aroma made my mouth water. The staff were incredibly kind & welcoming, making us feel truly appreciated from the start. Even though they were busy, they took the time to answer all of our questions with patience & warmth, which we really appreciated.
The food was absolutely outstanding. The appetizer of bread with three different dipping sauces was a great start, & the combination of charcoal-grilled meats, two types of rice, & a fresh vegetable salad was simply perfect. 👍Paris Kebab 2 personnes
