Everything was simply delicious & well made! I was actually shocked because recently I've been so disappointed when trying new places. Now It's like every restaurant owner want to squeeze the most money out of you while also serving you the cheapest food & ingredients possible & that's really not the impression I had after finishing my meal. I felt like everything was carefully crafted to offer you a real culinary experience. The sauce was unique & special, never had something like this. Even the salad on the side was delicious! It had eggplant & what seemed to be thinly sliced pickles with a mandolin. Last time I ordered my meal with a side salade it was just roughly sliced iceberg lettuce with half a tomato. & the sub itself was divine! The meat was fresh & juicy. Highly recommend. The cooks are clearly passionate.
Our first visit & from being greeted walking in to taking our first bite of our sandwiches we were extremely pleased. Sorry no photos of our sandwiches (Diego's Delite & Charlie's Chicken) we were too hungry. It's sure to become one of our favourites.
