While pacing can be slower during peak times and some price points are on the higher side, the emphasis on fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a memorable overall experience makes Pamika Thai a standout choice for exploring Thai cuisine in Montreal.
Food & service were great. The presentation of the dishes was aesthetic, portions are on the smaller side. I think there are a few Thai places better than this place however.
If you're a foodie, I'd recommend keeping your expectations low.
The food is quite mediocre overall.
The appetizers were okay, but the main dishes were really disappointing.
Two of my Thai friends mentioned that it didn't taste Thai at all even considering it's fusion. The service was friendly & attentive.

Le pad thaï & le repas légumes aux crevettes ont été très décevants. Légumes trop cuits qui flottaient dans un bouillon , dommage car nous avions aimé leur curry précédemment.
Incredible experience - the director Benjamin took the time to answer questions & give great recommendations. The food was top notch. We tried a few different dishes & they were all great. The beef curry, chicken cashew, pad thai, chicken satay, pad kra pao were super enjoyable. Also the mango sticky rice is an absolute must - it was the highlight of the meal.
Restaurant traditionnel Thai incroyable. Nous avons découvert un univers culinaire plein de saveurs, qui sort de l'ordinaire. En plus d'être excellents, la présentation des plats est très jolie, ça donne envie!!!
Le cadre est magnifique, & Maxime, qui nous a accueilli au bar, était très sympathique, & nous a enseigné plein de choses sur cette cuisine traditionnelle que nous connaissions peu.
Allez y les yeux fermés & laissez vous guider.
Délicieux ! Une véritable expérience culinaire thaï authentique. Les plats sont savoureux, bien épicés & parfaitement équilibrés. Le personnel est attentionné, sympathique & rapide. Une adresse à retenir… & à revisiter sans hésitation !
Good food, one of the best Thai places I've been to in Montreal, unfortunately held back by pretty bad service. Cocktails weren't served as described, they forgot our apetizers, & our waitress flat out insulted us unprompted after we paid our bill, don't think I've ever seen that kind of antisocial behaviour anywhere. Really weird.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre repas à Pamika Thai. J'ai trouvé le pad thai excellent! Il était tellement bien assaisonné & les ingrédients étaient frais. J'ai aussi aimé le soin apporté à la présentation/décoration des plats. Nous reviendrons essayer les autres plats du menu ainsi que les cocktails qui avaient l'air très bons :)
Thai cuisine has always been one of my favorites, & Pamika has definitely satisfied my expectations. The level of spice in their noodles, soups, or salads is just on point. The waiters are also very attentive, the resto has a nice ambience overall. Will definitely return!
Really nice place we tried tonight, with good food & drinks!! Pad thai was good & saucy, so was the khao soi! The cashew nut chicken was okay. The service really tinted our night though… While the guy at the door was very nice, our waitress was rude. No hello, no thank you, not one smile. I also work as a waitress, & even on my bad days I've never acted remotely close to that with my clients. Still a nice restaurant.
If you want authentic Thai food, look no further, this place will definitely exceed your expectations. One of my favorite restaurants in Montreal, handsdown.

Very nice atmosphere with good Thai food. Would appreciate more spice overall but still great dishes. Generous portions. Would recommend & come again to try more of their dishes! (We had started eating before taking the pictures. The plating is much nicer haha)
While staying in a local hotel a guest recommended we come to this Thai restaurant for good food. We checked out the menu & it looked great, so we went. The host was great, very helpful & friendly, especially since we didn't have reservations & this place was booked solid. So, we sat at the bar, which was fine. The bartender was very helpful & the menu is pretty appetizing.
We tried several items & all were excellent! The 3 & 4 chili pepper indicators are spot on too! We sweated eating some of the food, for sure! Definitely get the Crying Tiger, the beef in it was outstanding! Nice & tender!! Save room for dessert, as the coconut ice cream was really good & the rice flour pudding was incredible!
Highly recommend stopping in, especially if you like spicy food!
Très bonne nourriture thaï, malheureusement le service n'était pas à la hauteur ce soir la (erreur de plat épicé, service en décalé pour le repas & long pour avoir son cocktail).
Je re testerai tout de même, chacun a droit à une deuxième chance.
