Pamika Thai delivers a warm, intimate dining experience with beautiful moody decor and a vibe that invites easy conversation. The menu showcases authentic Thai flavors with balanced spice and standout dishes such as pad thai, red beef curry, khao soi, and mango sticky rice, while cocktails add a creative touch. Service is consistently attentive, with staff guiding guests through the menu whether at the bar or the dining room. The atmosphere combines refined lighting, elegant plating, and a cozy cocoon like feel that suits both dates and gatherings. While pacing can be slower during peak times and some price points are on the higher side, the emphasis on fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a memorable overall experience makes Pamika Thai a standout choice for exploring Thai cuisine in Montreal.
Love this restaurant, the food is delicious, the interior decor looks very cool & has good vibes! Really recommend their Tom Yum soup! Update: went again today, & the food was significantly worst than before. The Tom yum soup was tiny, the mango sticky rice was really hard & unflavoured, & the fried rice was also not very good. They also moved location & the new spot is missing the vibe.

Our table was not ready when we arrived so they sat us in the lounge (very nice concept). We ordered the spicy margarithai, which was one of the best spicy margaritas I've ever had! Their service was excellent. We didn't enjoy our first dish, so they sent it right back & enabled us to order the Khao Soi. Overall, great experience in addition to a fantastic decor!
I celebrated my 29th birthday at Pamika on St-Laurent, & I couldn't be happier. I had made a reservation for 15 people, & the staff made sure to tend to our needs. My family & friends were there, which included age 25 to 65, & everyone felt happy & respected. Our waiter, Sam, was beyond expectations : patient, proactive, informative, sociable, & discreet. The food was absolutely delicious. I've been to Thailand myself, & the meals were the closest I've had in Montreal. I strongly recommend the beef salad & the phanaeng curry. There was a wide variety of cocktails, exotic & for all tastes. The atmosphere was beautiful with authentic decorations. Overall, I had a warm welcome for my birthday & I would go back anytime for special evenings with friends.
Sadly, not at all like the old location. The food is really nothing special. The decor is stunning & the service is ok but if you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine, unfortunately the new Pamika is not your place. The fried calamari entree is overpriced & has nothing Thai about it, the pad Thai tastes very close to what you get at Thai express & although the panaeng curry was the best thing we ordered, it really lacked flavour & depth. So disappointing because the old location was amazing.
Been venturing out different Thai resto in the city & this one surely belong to my top favorites. The place is very cozy. Relatively small compared to other Thai resto I have been yet their ambiance & touch of Thai culture & decoration is spot on. The menu were simple & very common Thai food choices & they tastes so authentic tho not really the spice level. & the service of the crew were excellent. Our server was so efficient & quick, sorry forgot his name tho but they were all good with customer service. Definitely recommended & will bring more friends to Pamika.
I was there with my fiancée for her birthday yesterday. To say the meal was amazing is an understatement! The decor, the service & the meal was spectacular: it was an actual dining experience. We left full & amazed. If you're looking for a place to eat, please choose this one!

Probably one of the best Thai in the province. Great atmosphere & decor as well. Prices are really cheap actually considering the quality of food received.
