Service pourri nous étions 10 & avons quitté avant même de manger, une heure plus tard. Personnes n'a mangé ou bu autre chose que de l'eau. Nous avions réservé.

It was very busy, however the server dropped a tray & got tomato sauce all over us & never even apologized & we had to ask for napkins to clean ourselves off. We waiting over an hour for our dinner & my salad had no dressing & my husband's veal was burnt & No one came to check on us for 20 minutes till we asked for the bill. Both my husband & I work on service so we understand off nights but this experience was awful. & now we have tomato stained clothes to boot

Les assiettes sont très copieuses, il me semble que vous auriez avantage à réduire la quantité de nourriture dans l'assiette en abaissant le prix pour que nous puissions prendre une entrée & un dessert. Ceci permettrait aussi à des familles d'aller plus souvent manger dans votre établissement. De plus, Catherine, notre serveuse était extraordinaire. Merci!

Notre serveur était très gentil & aimable toutefois ça aura pris près de 2 heures avant d'obtenir notre repas. Vraiment trop long alors qu'il restait très peu de clients dans le restaurant. On a demandé du parmesan & il n'est jamais arrivé. Nous avons été vraiment très déçu de notre expérience chez Paccini Drummondville.
