J'aime Pacini, la bouffe est si bonne & belle! Les cocktails ! J'ai adoré mon Limonato ! Servi par une serveuse des plus agréable ! Le bar à pain, une gourmandise si tentative! Mon seul bémol hier soir: l'accueil, pas personne attitrée à ce poste & les clients poirotent sans même une salutation.
Nous avons été accueilli dans un seul bonjour ou ravi de de vous servir
Le serveur c'est trompé à plusieurs reprises dans nos commandes.
Horrible service!!! We were informed that there was a 30 minute wait, so once our waitress attended we placed drink, app & entree order. Within 30 minutes we received our drinks & apps. An hour & a half later still no entrees. People seated beside us arrived almost an hour after us & received their entrees. So I informed wait staff that I wanted to pay for the apps & drinks that we consumed & that we were not waiting any longer. The waitress informed me that our food was still 10 minutes out. I told her that my kids didn't want to wait any longer for food & that it was way past their bedtime. Anyone with kids under the age of 7, would understand my frustration with this entire situation. The kids sat & had one piece of bread, a few bites of an appetizer & waited as patiently as they could for almost 2 hours. We were seated at 6:30 & we were not expecting to still be at the restaurant at 8:30 pm with no food. Once I informed our waitress which I had to track down handled the situation horribly & was incredibly inconsiderate. As I was waiting to pay for the food her & another wait staff hurriedly placed our entrees at our now empty table. I informed her that I had just told her that we were only paying for what we had consumed. My husband had already taken the kids out of the restaurant, so I wasn't sure why she would place food at an empty table even after I had spoken with her. Anyways it would have been nice to have received our food as our appetizer was pretty good. Overall very disappointed with the entire situation.
J'imagine que la pénurie de personnel affecte également ce restaurant puisque le service a été très long. Toutefois, le l'amabilité & la bonne humeur de notre serveur a rendu notre souper agréable malgré tout !!!

On s'est gâté

Service très lent. On ne nous a jamais offert de pain. Apporte fettucini sans cuiller. Apporte le café, sans tasse. Apporte le dessert (verrine) sans cuiller. Fallait courir après, lui faire des signes, aller la trouver etc...
Our young server was great. Pleasant, knowledgeable & very efficient! Food & service amazing. Highly recommend & will be back!
