This is the second time we have eaten at Pacini Drummondville, really enjoyed our entrees, both times.

After driving for ten hours from Prince Edward Island my husband & I stopped in Drummondville for the night, on our way home to Ontario.
We had found Pacini online & decided to try it.
We were not disappointed! We had a reservation & were seated promptly.
Water was served immediately & drink orders taken.
I ordered the Italian salad, hubby had the calamari fritti, & we shared a pizza.
We were tired from a long day of driving, so the quick service was a blessing.
The food was delicious. The salad was fresh, & the calamari & pizza were hot & so tasty.
My husbands Stellas were served correctly, in a fresh glass each time.
Our server, I believe her name was Juliett was friendly, helpful & attentive. She did a great job.
The whole restaurant appeared to run like a well-oiled machine. ALL of the staff appeared to be customer-focused & were working very hard. Every single one was moving all the time!
Pacini was exactly what we needed at the end of our travelling day. I do wish we had one in our home town in Southern Ontario, we would have loved to spent more time enjoying our meal. We spent the night at the Quality Suites.

Service was extremely slow. Employee/customer was not adequate. The server was not the issue, his work load was.
Meilleur carbonara que j'ai mangé! & j'ai étudié en gastronomie je sais de quoi je parle. La serveuse à donner un EXCELLENT service. Très souriante & sympathique. J'étais juste un peu déçu du manque de variété pour le bar à pain. Sinon je recommande sans hésiter le restaurant.

Un léger manque au bar à pain. Il ne restait qu'une seule sorte de pain & personne n'a fait le remplissage de la soirée. Il n'y avait qu'une seule serveuse & beaucoup de monde, pauvre elle. Comme partout manque de personnel. Nourriture excellente!
Serveuse très sympathique. Les plats étaient excellents. Service rapide.
