C'est la 2e fois que je vais au resto & que je suis déçue. Café qui semble datée du matin (vraiment pas bon à boire), frites qui semblent avoir été cuites dans une vieille huile (très gras & goûtent bizarres) & serveur qui fait un bon travail mais qui est seul pour servir tout le monde dans le resto. Je comprends les difficultés d'avoir du personnel mais passer 3 heures au resto pour un simple dîner, c'est trop.
3 of 4 guests had pasta dishes & they all arrived 5 minutes before the lone guest who had the oriental salad. All 3 hesitated starting eating because of the one who hadn't received her food. There was too much of a wait for one of four guests which affected everyone. Otherwise it was a lovely evening nonetheless.

La nourriture était tiède (viande, pâtes) pour l'ensemble. La salade césar servie avec la bavette était défraîchie (était faite longtemps d'avance). Le service était excellent.
Très bel endroit , délicieux, excellent service, seulement l'entrée qui est mal située car lorsque la porte ouvre , gros courant d'air froid, donc choisir une table loin de la porte d'entrée.

Service was top notch. The food very good but I guess the pricing was a little high especially for the appetizers & desserts! Really expensive & not within industry norms for the standard offerings.
Nous y allons à toutes les semaines car je suis coeliaque. Le gérant & les serveurs nous connaissent tous par notre nom & viennent nous saluer. C'est toujours un plaisir pour nous à chaque semaine car la nourriture est excellente & nous aimons l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le service est courtois & personnalisé.
i basically go to ottavio once a month for the last 5 years,me & my girlfriend love there food,great staff,affordable & we love that we can bring are alcohol 🍺 🍷 tried a few meals but are favorite is the chicken ceaser salad..dont forger to top it off with some parmasan 😋

Il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprise pour le fromage & mon 7-UP que j'ai reçu à mi-chemin de mon repas ! On dirait que le serveur s'assurait de ne pas nous voir malgré que nous étions 4 avec les bras dans les airs pour attirer son attention

One of the rare places with good prices. BYOW everyone loves that (SAQ 2mins away). We show up without reservations & they always find us a place. Great alergy option. Manager should inspect & repair damaged booths/furniture as dose not help the brand.
Nous étions 5 amis pour une traditionnelle session annuelle de reconnection avant la fin de l'année. Tous ont adoré leur soirée. Bouffe / service / ambiance ... "sulacoche" !!!
