Nourriture délicieuse, personnel sympathique, service un peu lent malgré que le restaurant n'était pas rempli mais il semblait n'y avoir qu'un seul serveur donc c'est compréhensible
Nous adorons Ottavio, nous nous y sentons en sécurité.
Pourquoi ne pas donner cinq étoiles? Deux choses:
• Il faisait froid dans le restaurant, vraiment très froid; nous avons gardé nos manteaux d'hiver une partie de la soirée, les assiettes refroidissaient en quelques instants. Il semble qu'il y avait un problème avec la ventilation, mais c'était désagréable. Je n'enlève pas de points pour ce problème.
• Le serveur, quoiqu'attentif aux restrictions alimentaires, était virtuellement absent. Aussi les repas n'arrivaient pas avec synchronisme. Par exemple, le cappuccino a été servi 15-20 minutes avant le dessert ce qui fait qu'il était froid/gelé. Manque de synchronisme.
J y vais depuis le début toujours été satisfaite , mais hier j ai pris la sauce bolonaise j ai trouvé qu il y avait pas beaucoup de viande comme à l habitude j y ai ajouté champignons 4 tranches seulement un peu déçue .

Excellent food, service & the restaurant is incredibly quiet from a noise perspective, due to the numerous sound absorbing panels above & around the seating areas. Excellent experience.
Usually very happy, staff always pleasant. however ithis time one with slow service... & long wait for our food. Short staff like most I guess. 1st time my seafood in pasta was over cooked 😫

Bel ambiance, beau restaurant. Personnel gentil & respectueux. Bon repas, sauf les moules marinières trop cuites & bouillon extrêmement salé (je mange très salé alors si moi je trouve ça trop salé, j'ose à peine imaginer les autres clients).
Ottavio est le seul resto où je mange en sécurité car je suis coeliaque. Le manger est toujours délicieux. Les gens qui y travaillent sont toujours agréable & le resto toujours propre😊
