Belle surprise de réaliser que leur menu offre une tonne de repas pour personnes aux prises avec différentes allergies/intolérances alimentaires (sans gluten, sans produits laitiers, etc)! Seule petite déception fut qu'il n'y avait pas d'option de dessert sans produits laitiers. Néanmoins j'étais très satisfaite de la pizza végane ! Bon service également. Merci!

C'est toujours un plaisir d'aller au Ottavio. En étant coeliaque c'est tellement lfun de ne pas avoir à ce soucier de la contamination croisée. Tout est super sécuritaire. La meilleure salade césar que j'ai mangé! Aussi un super service à la clientèle & service après-vente! Je recommande!

La coeliaque que je suis, à pu manger sans anxiété grâce à l'attention au service qui est destiné, merci.

J'ai demandé de la vinaigrette césar sans gluten, on m'a donné un pot. Plus tard, j'avais un doute que c'était bien SG donc j'ai appelé le resto & on m'a confirmé qu'il y a normalement un collant rouge, ce qu'il n'y a pas sur mon pot. Je ne pourrai pas manger la vinaigrette & je suis très déçue...

J'avais fait une réservation qui avait été acceptée (preuve courriel & texto) & quand je suis arrivée on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation! par chance il y avait de la place. Ensuite, c'est la première fois mais mon repas n'était pas très bon. Les frites étaient comme de vieilles frites & les moules très ordinaires. La personne qui était avec moi m'a dit aussi que sa pizza était très ordinaire. Bref, déception.
