Nothing beats the Arancini & Cesar Salad here! Food is consistently delicious & fresh. We are always treated like family. My kids love George & always want to be served by him.

Ils sont vraiment consciencieux lorsqu'on leur dit qu'on est coeliaque. Ils ont changé les verres, les couverts au complet & la vaisselle est rouge contrairement aux autres. Cuisine complètement a part afin d'éviter la contamination croisé. De plus, cest excellent & les employés sont courtois & sensibilisé. Je les recommande fortement

Nous avons commandé des pizzas variées, des arancinis accompagnés de sauce tomate & des mousses tiramisu & chocolat en dessert pour une soirée reconnaissance de nos employés (une trentaine de personnes). M. Canzeri nous a très bien guidé dans nos choix & quantités, avec une variété de pizzas des plus simples aux plus raffinées. Avec les options sans gluten, on a pu aussi satisfaire ceux qui ont des allergies ou intolérances. & que dire du service à la clientèle de M. Necter qui était si courtois.
C'est vraiment une excellente alternative pour un événement corporatif & faire différent des éternelles sandwichs.

The perfect place for celiacs. Great selection of pizzas, pastas, muscles. They bring seperate utensils & red plates for the gluten-free eaters, to make sure nothing gets contaminated. My daughter said her starter bun & pizza were awesome.
Nourriture bonne, mais portion de pâtes très petite.
Nous y sommes allées un vendredi soir & le service du serveur était très mauvais. Il nous a ignorait presque toute la soirée.

Voilà 7ans c'était 4 étoiles ma note. Aujourd'hui c'est un 2 étoiles généreux.. tout les plats était ordinaire le service….inexistant. Le staff était désordonné mais tout de même accueillant j'ai payé parce que je voulais pas faire d'histoire.. Je vous conseille fortement de pas prendre les moules la pizza est tiède la sauce (on aurait dit de la sauce en canne) écoute c'était juste bien ordinaire tout ce que j'ai goûter était décevant clairement pas digne du nom d'Ottavio ou de ce que ça l'a déjà été. Même la configuration des tables manque de jugement les tables sont collé sur la banquette au long du mur, tes pieds sont sur les pattes de tables à part si t'es une petite personne. Malheureusement c'est pu ce que c'était… dommage.

Honnêtement la nourriture était bien. Par contre le service une toute autre chose … le serveur est venu nous voir 2x simplement pour les commandes. Nous n'avions pas terminé nos entrées que nos plats principaux sont arrivés … nous nous sommes senti pressé.
Very nice place! The food was excellent & my pizza was amazingly good, with one of the best crusts I've had in a long time. A big thumbs up for the gluten-free menu & the care they put into it. The plates & utensils for gluten-free meals are clearly identifiable, & it's obvious that great attention is given to people with allergies, intolerances, or celiac disease. It feels safe, & it's clear they take it seriously. This makes Ottavio probably one of the safest restaurant chains for gluten-free options.
The place itself looks great. Unfortunately, we had one of the worst service experiences ever, although the server was kind & smiling, it felt like he didn't really care about his work. It was hard to be upset under those circumstances, but we would have appreciated our visit more with better service.
That said, I had a wonderful time with the one I love, & I'll definitely come back for the pizza.
