Nous étions 4 personnes pour prendre un souper chez Ottavio de la rue Jean-Talon. Tout s'est très bien passé. Les serveuses avec le sourire malgré l'achalandage, les repas délicieux & consistant. C'était l'anniversaire de deux des personnes & nous l'avions dit en jasant avec notre serveuse. Rendu au dessert une surprise un morceau de gâteau avec une chandelle. Ce fut très apprécié. Nous y retournerons sûrement. Merci à Nicole pour son excellent service.
Delicious food & excellent service. We got our food super quick, the staff was knowledgeable & everything was very well managed on a very busy day. The staff & manager really care about your experience & the pizza was sooo good!

Tout était parfait! Ça faisait longtemps que j'avais eu un aussi bon service dans un restaurant, en plus de savourer un plat de moules poulettes lesquelles étaient tout simplement délectables!
Notre serveur avait vraiment le sens de l'humour ce qui a fait de notre rencontre fille a été très agréable, du fait aussi que nous sommes bonnes joueuses & aimons beaucoup rire c'était la cerise sur le sundae
Nous étions 3 convives. Le premier convive à reçu son plat & les plats des 2 convives restants sont arrivés plusieurs minutes plus tard (environ une vingtaine de minutes). Je tiens cependant à souligner que cette situation à été reconnue de la part d'une personne qui semblait en position d'autorité au restaurant sans que nous ayons à dire quoi que se soit.
J'ai commandé une deuxième assiettée de moules & ce n'est pas arrivé. Pour le café, j'ai dû me rendre à la cuisine pour rappeler au serveur que je voulais un café!
