Très grande déception aujourd'hui. Le service était très lent, pourtant, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients (notre table de 8 & deux tables de 2). Les calmars n'étaient pas assez cuits, nous les avons retournés mais ça n'a rien changé, pour une entrée à 25$, j'espérais beaucoup mieux. J'ai toujours recommandé votre resto, maintenant je vais m'abstenir.

Ça une dizaine d'années que je vais chez Ottavio & j'apprécie la nourriture sans gluten. Ce n'est pas facile quand tu as la maladie coeliaque de trouver un restaurant qui respecte la maladie. Par contre à 2 reprises un jeune serveur me sert avec assiette blanche & condiments dans petit plat blanc. Tu lui demande pour les coeliaque, ce n'est pas des assiettes rouges, il te répond ce n'est pas important. Tu n'oses pas lui dire que tu refuse parce que tu n'a pas de contrôle. La confiance diminue. Je suis vraiment déçue & insecure d'aller chez Ottavio.

C est fou de payer 30$ un plat de pâtes pas si genial & pas tsnt al dente & ce sont probablement pas de "bonnes" pâtes séchées longtemps, genre être des Primo

Succulent souper entre amie. On a choisi ce lieux car ils ont plusieurs choix pour les personnes allergiques. La variété des choix & l'écoute au besoin pour les modifications 5/5. Très agréable & notre serveur était très sympathique. On a passé une belle soirée!

Our kiddo loved this place! We ordered two pizzas, they were really delicious. It's a really family friendly restaurant. The service is very good. Very friendly & polite staff. What we especially loved is that the waiter brought some coloring paper & litter crayons for our toddler. We could eat in peace 🥰🥰🥰 it's our daughter's favorite restaurant in this area. Thank you for the great experience 🙏
