Le jeune homme qui desservait notre table était agressif quant à desservir j'avais la bouche pleine encore à ma dernière bouchée & il à sauter sur mon assiette voyant bien que j'étais en train de terminé. Désagréable de se faire presser & demander aussi rapidement si j'ai terminé quand je suis encore en train de mangé! De plus, mon verre d'eau côté sans gluten & vegan avait une odeur infecte de parmesan moisis ou je ne sais quoi & j'ai dû demander de le changer. Mes mains étaient enduites de cette odeur fétide & j'ai dû allé à la salle de bain pour les laver. Haut de coeur. Comment un verre d'eau peut il avoir cette odeur exactement si laver dans un lave - vaisselle

M'y expérience at Ottavio is amazing.I am celiac & Ottavio is a place were I feel secure that my food is gluten-free. Also not to mention the fact the food is delicious. There is one suggestion I would make, that is you guys should advertise the fact that you serve gluten-free & amazing food.

J'apprécie beaucoup votre restaurant car vous avez une partie de votre cuisine totalement sans gluten & on peut vous faire confiance.
La nourriture est très bien & c'est un gros avantage de pouvoir apportez sa boisson.
Votre sondage & vos communications devraient être en français. À l'avenir je répondrai uniquement si c'est en français.
I have a bunch of food intolerances & I came in with great expectations. The gluten free food was delicious & there was a great variety the options. Even the dishes on the regular menu had allergen warnings! Couldn't recommend it more!
Fantastic service with amazing food. Portions are good sized & delicious! Our large party was attended to with great care & having a service dedicated for gluten allergies made the overall experience much more enjoyable as people in our party were allergic & they felt safe in the restaurant.
I had dinner at Ottavio's (St.leonard) & I was impressed. First thing we were asked was if any of us had food allergies or restrictions. They took away my utensils & replaced them with utensils in a red napkin. They have a gluten free /allergen free menu. My plates were red & i was explained of all the precautions taken.
I had the California gf pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella & goat cheese topped with arugula with a side of gf fries & 2 dipping sauces, spicy ketchup & garlic infused mayo.
Pricey but it was good. I would recommend it to my fellow celiac's.
Ottavio est un restaurant familial. Le menu est varié & excellent. Qu'on puisse y apportez notre vin est un gros plus. Le stationnement y est facile, le service courtois & rapide. Bref, c'est un très bon chois, particulièrement si vous êtes allergique au gluten. Marc
